Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times depend on your location — typically 3–7 days within the US.
Do you offer personalized gifts?
Yes! Many of our items can be personalized with names, dates, or short messages. Look for the "Personalize It" option on product pages. Personalized orders may take an extra 1–3 days to process.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items in original condition. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. To start a return, please contact us at elenaladdtx@gmail.com.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry! Please email us at elenaladdtx@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or full refund right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can usually make changes within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by replying to your order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
