Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Return Policy

Standard Items

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, please email us at our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Personalized Items

Because personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged — unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact form with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
